The summer heat is upon us and for the Wisconsin Tractor Pullers Association, the battle for points supremacy couldn’t be much hotter. With that said, one of our biggest shows of the season is on tap this weekend in River Falls, WI, featuring the “Smoke N Thunder by the Kinni Truck & Tractor Pull.” It’s a show that has pushed its way towards the top over the last few years with its many improvements and class additions. 2022 appears to be no different.
The FFA Pull Center, located on River Falls’ north side, is about as “action packed” as any one pulling fan could ask for. From the large, open pits greeting you as you walk into the “twin tracks” of pulling action. Once the show starts, it’s a pulling mecca you must witness to believe. It’s a venue and event built for the pulling fan, by pulling fans!
We got a chance to speak with some of the FFA Alumni crew this week and they couldn’t be more ready to help put on a show the fans will be talking about all summer long. One key addition for 2022 mentioned was added seating, something that was filled to capacity last year. And of course, if the pulling action wasn’t enough, this weekend’s show will be followed up with live music by the band “Blue Moon Drive.”
The WTPA looks to keep momentum rolling this Saturday night with three of our absolute best state classes. Joining the fun will be five NTPA Region III classes, as well as exhibition and invitational action as well. See the full class breakdown below. It’s going to be warm in the air and on the track and the only thing missing is the pulling fans so clear your calendar and make your way to River Falls, WI this Saturday for a show worthy of big time implications!
