Pre-Entry for ALL WTPA Events in 2025

We are excited to announce that we will be opening optional pre-entry for ALL WTPA events in 2025! Last year, we did pre-entry for all the Region III events in Wisconsin and it went over extremely well with great feedback! We have six state level events that will now be incorporated into pre-entry, which will help give promoters an idea on what kind of numbers to expect for their event! Also, with our membership continuing to grow, this will help for our state shows that do gather large numbers to ensure a quick and easy entry process.

Pre Entry

The Monday before each event, we will update the link below to a form on the website to fill out all required information needed to get you entered into the entry program before the event. You must have a current NTPA Driver’s License and Vehicle Registration for 2025 with the NTPA to be able to pre-register. If you haven’t already, get your paperwork sent to the NTPA office as soon as possible to make sure they have you added to the program. As registrations come in, they will be entered into the system in the order that we receive the information as if you were registering at the event. Cutoff for pre-entry will be Noon the Thursday before the event!

Day of Pull

If you are pre-registered, you will come to the entry trailer with your crew and pay your entry fee at the arm band window (no later than 1.5 hours before the pull) to get your number and your arm bands. If entry is closed, there will be a $20-dollar late fee if you arrive late to pick up your information even with being pre-registered. We will still have regular entry the day of the event for those who didn’t pre-register, haven’t bought their memberships or are a per-hook. This helped to speed up the entry process and avoid the long lines that happen with the size of some of our shows.
